2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The tgcloud Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. 2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) tgcloud account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a tgcloud account:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tgcloud Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tgcloud will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. tgcloud is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
3.4 tgcloud reserves the right to suspend or close any account where verification documents cannot be provided or where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your tgcloud account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
4.1 Deposits. tgcloud accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. tgcloud does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. tgcloud aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering. tgcloud complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. tgcloud reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tgcloud reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
4.5 All funds deposited into your tgcloud account are held for gaming purposes only. tgcloud does not pay interest on player account balances.
5.1 tgcloud offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 tgcloud reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, tgcloud's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or any other method that tgcloud determines to be abusive may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
5.5 tgcloud reserves the right to limit the eligibility of any player for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.
6.1 All games available on the tgcloud Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tgcloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 tgcloud's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tgcloud account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 tgcloud does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tgcloud shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the Platform.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tgcloud's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 tgcloud collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tgcloud Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 tgcloud implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the tgcloud Platform are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.
11.3 tgcloud will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and fulfilling our legal obligations.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent tgcloud from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
